You agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by buying a ticket to the Event and/or being present at the Event.
Event
VIII International eCommerce conference ECOM21 which takes place on April 12-13, 2023, in Riga, Latvia.
Organiser "eCom21" SIA, registered with the Commercial Register of Republic of Latvia, registration number 40103515367, legal address: 7 Vesetas Street, Riga, Latvia, LV-1013 (hereinafter — “we” or “ECOM21”).
Changes in the Event Program
ECOM21 reserves the right to change the Event program or the speakers without prior notice to the participants of the Event.
Photography and Filming
Please be informed that the Event will be filmed and photographed according to our Privacy Policy. ECOM21 is not liable for photographs and/or video recordings taken by any other partner, sponsor or participant of the Event or any other third party.
Copyright
All rights, titles and interests (including all copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights) in the products and services of the Event belong to ECOM21 or ECOM21 has been granted rights to use them. Any unauthorized use of the names, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property relating to the Event is prohibited. ECOM21's express prior written consent is required for any use. Names, logos and trademarks of other companies or organizations of any kind that appear on the products and services of ECOM21, such as Website or mobile application are representations of sponsors, supporters and media partners and use of these by any unauthorised third party is prohibited. Permission to use can only be granted by the owner of the intellectual property.
Miscellaneous
All participants shall follow the instructions of ECOM21`s staff at the Event.
ECOM21 is entitled to suspend your participation without compensation, and you may be asked to leave the Event immediately, if you disturb the conduct of the Event.
Unless otherwise specified by the ECOM21, new wording of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy enters into force after published on the Website. Please regularly check the current revision of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
