This ECOM21 program is divided into four main blocks, discussing the topics of change management, AI in Fintech, customer experience, and tendencies in business analytics, AI and Big Data.
The list of speakers includes the former President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy who will be discussing the future of Europe and Artificial Intelligence and European competitiveness in the field. Arkady Sandler, the Head of AI at MTS, will share his insights on using AI and Big Data competencies to expand the legacy business. Jolanta Rema, the VP of Commercial distribution at airBaltic will share how the Baltic’s largest airline uses big data to offer customers the right product at the right time.
This year ECOM21 is co-organized by Decta and Deloitte, bringing the knowledge accumulated over more than 170 years across 150 countries and multiple industries to the conference.
